IMPORTANT NOTE:  To confirm your participation you will need to fill out, sign, and return the Sign-Up Form.  If you will be participating in the Vigil in front of the Planned Parenthood facility at 623 NE Riddell Road in Bremerton [map], you will also need to fill out, sign, and return the Statement of Peace.
