The Outreach portion of the 40 DFL campaign challenges us to inform and educate all those in our community about the injustice of abortion, and the heartache, depression, pain, and death it causes.

Press releases have been submitted to a wide variety of local media, there was and interview conducted by Aires with Jack and Meg of KHL on KBLE AM 1050 - Sacred Heart Radio [listen to it now!], and with the support of your and others’ generous donations, we hope to run a powerful campaign of local print advertising during the event in both the Kitsap Sun and the Kitsap Group Community Newspapers

How can YOU participate in the Outreach campaign?  Following are some ideas:

• TELL all your family, friends, and acquaintances about the 40 DFL. 
  Email them a link to www.KitsapHumanLife.org and invite their participation.
   
  
• WRITE and submit editorial letters to both the Kitsap Sun (200 words or less more likely to be published) and the Kitsap Group Community Newspapers - Kingston Community News, North Kitsap Herald, Bainbridge Island Review, Bremerton Patriot, Central Kitsap Reporter, Port Orchard Independent
  (all maximum 500 words - shorter letters enhance the probability of publication).
   
  
• WEAR one or more of the KHL wristbands (see photo at page top) that proclaim PEACE BEGINS IN THE WOMB and www.KitsapHumanLife.org.  These are available with any donation plus mailing expense in small or large, pink or blue (honoring the little girls and boys the 40 DFL seeks to save).  Just mail your donation with check made out to “HLWEF”, plus 50¢ per band for mailing and handling to:  Kitsap Human Life, PO Box 715, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
   
  
• DISTRIBUTE flyer information that educates residents about the tragedy of abortion and the true nature of Planned Parenthood to homes and businesses throughout Kitsap County.  You can volunteer to do this with others in specified areas.
   
  
• DONATE to Kitsap Human Life.  Your donation is tax deductible.

As part of the “40 Days Outreach” portion of this campaign, just imagine the impact that newspaper and other advertising could have in reaching hearts and souls throughout Kitsap County!
